Rita A. Montgomery
Senior Paralegal
A native of Cincinnati, Rita has been a business immigration paralegal since 1999, specializing in business and IT matters, such as H-1B, L-1, and PERM cases. She is a senior paralegal and often trains new paralegals. Rita holds an Associate’s degree in Computer Applications.
Jenna R. White
Chief of Staff
In 2021, Jenna was promoted to the role of Chief of Staff at MU. Before transitioning into a managerial role, Jenna worked for 18 years as a business immigration paralegal whose work was concentrated on healthcare immigration matters.
Amy L. Keating
Senior Paralegal
Amy began working as a business immigration paralegal in December 2005, after graduating from Ohio Wesleyan with a Bachelor’s degree in English. Amy’s practice is centered on healthcare immigration.
Nicole Black
Senior Paralegal
Nicole is a business immigration paralegal with Musillo Unkenholt, focusing much of her practice on healthcare immigration. She first worked as a business immigration paralegal in 2003. She holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati.
Annalisa Smith
Senior Paralegal
Annalisa serves as a paralegal on business immigration matters, including healthcare based immigration clients. Annalisa has worked with Musillo Unkenholt since 2014. She holds an Associate of Applied Business Degree in Paralegal Studies from the University of Cincinnati.
